Wen Fushuan is a professor and doctoral supervisor at Zhejiang University, director of the Institute of Electricity Economics and Informatization at Zhejiang University, and a special professor of "Pearl River Scholar" in Guangdong Province (part-time from 2005 to 2010). He has been a professor, visiting professor or researcher at National University of Singapore, Hong Kong Polytechnic University, University of Hong Kong, University of New South Wales, Queensland University of Technology, Brunei University of Technology, University of Technology, Denmark, Nanyang Technological University, Murdoch University, Australia. He is mainly engaged in the research of power system fault diagnosis and system recovery, power economy and power market, smart grid and electric vehicle. He has published more than 600 papers, more than 150 in SCI, more than 450 in EI, more than 570 in Scopus, and more than 10,000 citations. Prof. Fushuan Wen has been selected as one of the most highly cited scholars in China by Elsevier in 2015, 2016 and 2017, and his papers were selected as one of the "100 Most Influential Domestic Academic Papers in China" in 2016 and "ESI (Essential The papers published by him were listed in the "100 Most Influential Domestic Academic Papers" and "ESI (Essential Science Indicators) Highly Cited Papers" in 2016, and 8 papers were listed in the "F5000 - Top Academic Papers in Chinese Fine Science and Technology Journals" (abbreviated as F5000).    The research result "Research on the theory and method of modeling, analysis and control of AC and DC power systems" won the National Natural Science Award in 1997. His other 6 achievements were awarded by the Ministry of Science and Technology at the provincial level. He has completed and undertaken more than 150 research projects, including 973 projects of the Ministry of Science and Technology of China, 863 projects, National Science and Technology Support Program, National Natural Science Foundation of China, State Grid Corporation, and Southern Power Grid Corporation. Prof. Fushuan Wen is the editor of IEEE Transactions on Power Systems and IEEE Power Engineering Letters, the subject editor of IET Generation, Transmission and Distribution. He is the Editor of IEEE Transactions on Power Systems and IEEE Power Engineering Letters, the Associate Editor of IET Generation, Transmission and Distribution, the Associate Editor of ASCE's Journal of Energy Engineering, and the Editor-in-Chief of more than 10 other journals.

文福拴，浙江大学教授，博士生导师，浙江大学电力经济及信息化研究所所长，广东省“珠江学者”特聘教授（2005年至2010年间兼任）。曾在新加坡国立大学、香港理工大学、香港大学、澳大利亚新南威尔士大学、澳大利亚昆士兰科技大学、文莱科技大学、丹麦科技大学、新加坡南洋理工大学、澳大利亚默多克大学（Murdoch University）担任教授、客座教授或从事访问研究工作。主要从事电力系统故障诊断与系统恢复、电力经济与电力市场、智能电网与电动汽车等方面的研究工作。 发表论文600余篇, SCI收录150余篇, EI收录450余篇, Scopus收录570余篇, 被引10000余次。文福拴教授入选爱思唯尔 (Elsevier) 2015年度、2016年度和2017年度中国高被引学者, 发表的论文入选2016年度“中国百篇最具影响国内学术论文”，“ESI（Essential Science Indicators）高被引论文”，8篇论文入选“领跑者5000 —中国精品科技期刊顶尖学术论文”（简称F5000）。    研究成果“交、直流电力系统建模、分析和控制的理论及方法的研究”获得1997年度国家自然科学奖。其它6项成果获省部级科技进步奖。完成和承担国家科技部973课题、863课题、国家科技支撑计划项目、国家自然基金项目、国家电网公司、南方电网公司等150余个科研项目。 文福拴教授担任IEEE Transactions on Power Systems和IEEE Power Engineering Letters的Editor, IET Generation, Transmission and Distribution杂志电力系统经济领域的Subject Editor, ASCE's Journal of Energy Engineering的Associate Editor, 以及其它10余本杂志的编委或专题特约主编。
