Jianyi Xue, Associate Professor of Hefei University of Technology, Academic Dissertation Evaluation Expert of Ministry of Education, Senior Member of China Electrotechnical Society. His research interest covers insulation optimization and state evaluation of high-voltage power equipment, and he has presided over more than 10 projects including the National Natural Science Foundation of China projects, the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation special funding projects, the Academic newcomer Promotion Program of HFUT and State Grid Corporation science and technology projects. He has published more than 50 academic papers in prestigious journals at home and abroad. He has won the Xi'an Jiaotong University Outstanding Doctoral Dissertation, the IOP Publishing Outstanding Reviewer Award, and the China TOP 1% Cited Paper Award. The academic papers he has published have been cited more than 700 times. The H-index is 18.

薛建议，合肥工业大学副教授，教育部学位论文评审专家，中国电工技术学会高级会员。主要研究方向为高压电力设备绝缘优化与状态评估，主持国家自然科学基金项目、中国博士后科学基金特别资助项目、校学术新人提升计划和国网公司科技项目等10余项，在High Voltage、IEEE TDEI、IOP JPD、AIP JAP、Nanotechnology、中国电机工程学报、高电压技术等国内外权威期刊和国际会议发表学术论文50余篇，获2020届西安交通大学优秀博士学位论文和优秀毕业生，2022年度和2020年度IOP Publishing Outstanding Reviewer Award, 2022年度China TOP 1% Cited Paper Award，2018年度Journal of Applied Physics期刊Plasma and Electrical Discharge领域高被引论文，2017年中国电机工程学会高电压技术年会优秀论文，发表的学术论文总被引700余次，H-index为18。
