Doctor, Professor, Doctoral Supervisor, Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Politecnico di Torino (Power Market) / Shanghai Jiao Tong University (Grid Planning), Italy, Head of Department of Power Engineering, Director of Institute of Power Economics and Technology. He is a member of China Electric Power Development and Reform 30 Forum, an expert of IEC PC118 China National Committee, a member of China Electrical Engineering Society Special Committee on Power System Automation, a deputy leader of Demand Side Management Group of Intelligent Energy Use and Energy Conservation Special Committee, a member of TC549 of National Smart Grid User Interface Standardization Technical Committee, a member of TC575 of National Electric Power Demand Side Management Standardization Technical Committee, a member of He is also a member of Beijing Key Laboratory of Demand Response Multi-energy Complementary Optimization and Supply-Demand Interaction Technology, and a member of the editorial board of Electricity Demand Side Management and Electricity Supply and Consumption. He has undertaken nearly 100 projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, 863 projects, the U.S. Energy Foundation, national and local government departments, power grid companies, research institutions and other enterprises and institutions. He has also participated in the preparation of 7 international and domestic standards related to power demand response and intelligent power information interaction, and edited the "China Electricity Encyclopedia" on power demand-side management, and published more than 160 scientific papers in IEEE Trans, Chinese Journal of Electrical Engineering and other top journals at home and abroad and domestic core journals, including 100 SCI/EI indexed papers. He was awarded the first prize of Science and Technology Progress Award of Southern Power Grid Research Institute, the third prize of China Electric Power Science and Technology Award, the third prize of Soft Science Award of National Energy Administration, the second prize of Shanghai Electric Power Science and Technology Progress Award, the second prize of Jiangsu Electric Power Science and Technology, and the expert of Ministry of Education Higher Education Scientific Research Excellence Award, and the expert of National Natural Science Foundation of China.

博士，教授，博士生导师，意大利都灵理工大学（电力市场）/上海交通大学（电网规划）电气工程专业博士学位，电力工程系系主任、电力经济技术研究所所长。中国电力发展与改革30人论坛成员、IEC PC118中国国家委员会专家、中国电机工程学会电力系统自动化专委会委员、智慧用能与节能专委会需求侧管理学组副组长、全国智能电网用户接口标准化技术委员会TC549成员、全国电力需求侧管理标准化技术委员会TC575成员、江苏省青蓝工程学术带头人、需求响应多能互补优化与供需互动技术北京市重点实验室专家委员会成员、《电力需求侧管理》、《供用电》杂志编委。承担国家自然科学基金、863计划项目、美国能源基金会、国家部委及地方政府部门、电网公司、科研机构等企事业单位资助课题近百项。授权发明专利二十六项，许可转让两项，参与编制电力需求响应、智能用电信息交互相关国际国内标准编制7项，参编《中国电力大百科全书》电力需求侧管理分支，在IEEE Trans、中国电机工程学报等国内外顶级期刊及国内核心期刊发表科技论文160余篇， SCI/EI收录100余篇。三篇文章入选F5000中国精品科技期刊顶尖学术论文。获南方电网科研院科技进步奖一等奖，中国电力科学技术奖三等奖，国家能源局软科学奖三等奖、上海电力科技进步奖二等奖、江苏电力科技二等奖各一项，教育部高等学校科学研究优秀成果奖评审专家、国家自然科学基金评审专家。
